STEP 4 - Download and Configure NinjaTrader

1. Navigate to NinjaTrader’s website.
2. If you already have credentials, log in using your existing account.
3. If you don’t have credentials, sign up for a new NinjaTrader account by clicking on the OPEN ACCOUNT button in the top right corner and follow the instructions.
   

1. Once logged in, you will need to click on "additional options".
2. Click Download to begin the download process of the Ninjatrader platform.
   

1. After downloading, open the installer file.
2. Follow the installation steps:
   • Click Next on the prompts.
   • Agree to the terms and conditions.
   • Complete the installation process.
3. Once installed, launch NinjaTrader.
   

1. When you open NinjaTrader, log in using the credentials you created on the NinjaTrader website.
   • Note: These credentials are different from your Topstep and Rithmic logins.
2. Once logged in, you will be directed to the NinjaTrader platform.

1. In NinjaTrader, go to the Tools menu and select Options.
2. Navigate to the General tab.
3. Check the box for Multi-Provider Mode and click Apply or OK.
4. Restart NinjaTrader to activate Multi-Provider Mode.
   

1. After restarting NinjaTrader, log back in.
2. Go to Connections > Configure in the menu.
3. Follow these steps to add your Topstep account:
   • Select Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage from the list.
   • Click Add to create a new connection.
   • Rename the connection to Topstep (or another name of your choice).
     

1. Enter the username and password you received in your Topstep welcome email after purchasing an evaluation account.
2. Under System, select TopstepTrader.
3. Enable Plugin Mode for use with your trader.

1. Always log in to Rithmic first before attempting to log in to NinjaTrader.
2. Once logged into Rithmic, open NinjaTrader and connect using the Topstep configuration you set up.
