If you encounter a live update pop-up on your trading terminals while in the middle of a challenge (whether it hasn't passed or failed yet), here's the best course of action:

1. Avoid accepting the update immediately.
   Click on the "Later" option for each of your terminals.
   In this example:
   
• On your Alpari terminal, click "Later".
• On your Hedgebot terminal (connected to Alpari), do the same—click "Later".
  
  
2. Why avoid updating during a challenge?
• Updating in the middle of a challenge may affect the Hedgebot calculations. Specifically, it might bring in cached balances that can disrupt the accuracy of the bot and interfere with your progress in the challenge.
