- Log in to your PlexyTrade account using your credentials.
- Once logged in, look for the notification at the top of the dashboard that says "Upload documents for account approval."
After clicking the Upload documents for account approval button, you'll be guided to upload the following documents:
1. Proof of Legal Existence
You will need to upload both the front and back of an official identification document.
- Accepted Documents:
- Driver’s License
- National ID
- Passport
- Front of ID: Take a clear picture of the front of your chosen document and upload it.
- Back of ID: Take a picture of the back and upload that as well.
2. Proof of Address
You’ll need to upload a document that confirms your residential address. Accepted documents include:
- Utility Bill (e.g., electricity, water)
- Bank Statement
- Mortgage or Loan Statement
- The document should be less than six months old.
- It must show your full name and physical address (this must match the address you used to register your PlexyTrade account).
- Ensure that the postal code is visible.
- All four corners of the document must be visible in the photo.
Take a clear picture of the document and upload it in the designated section.
Once all the required documents have been uploaded:
- Make sure that all fields in the document upload section turn green, indicating successful submission.
- Your documents will now be under review.
- Processing Time: Your documents should be reviewed within approximately 24 hours.
- You will see a status update on your account with a message saying “Account approval pending”.
- Once your KYC is approved, you will receive an email notification, and your account will be fully activated.
That’s it! Once approved, you’ll be ready to start trading with PlexyTrade. If you need further assistance, please feel free to check other related knowledge base articles or contact support.
