How to Complete KYC Verification on OX Securities

Introduction

This guide walks you through the steps to complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on OX Securities, allowing you to get approved and start trading.


Step 1: Begin the KYC Process
  1. Log into your OX Securities account.
  2. At the top of the page, click the button that says "Complete Now: Four Steps to Complete Your KYC Verification".
    • This will take you to the KYC verification process.


Step 2: Fill Out Your Personal Information
  1. Complete the required personal information, including your name, address, and other personal details.
  2. Once you've filled out your details, click Next to proceed.


Step 3: Submit Required Documents
  1. Upload a government-issued ID for identity verification:
    • This can be a driver's license, a passport, or another form of government-issued identification.
    • Upload a picture of the front side of your ID first, and then upload a picture of the back side.
  2. After uploading the required documents, click Next to proceed.


Step 4: Review and Confirm Your Information
  1. Review all the details you’ve entered to ensure everything is correct.
    • This includes your name, address, and email.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Next.


Step 5: Set Up Your Trading Account
  1. Agree to the terms provided on the next page, and type your full name as a signature.
  2. Configure your trading account with the following settings:
    • Platform: Select MT5.
    • Currency: Choose USD.
    • Account Type: Select Pro.
    • Leverage: Choose 1:500.

This will set up your trading account on the OX Securities platform. These settings will also apply when creating additional MT5 accounts in the future.


Step 6: Submit Your KYC Application
  1. Once you've reviewed all the information and configured your trading account, click Submit.
    • Your KYC documents will be submitted to the OX Securities team for review.


Step 7: Wait for Verification
  • Verification Time: KYC approval can vary in time. Some users are verified within minutes, while others may take up to 24 hours.
  • If there are any issues with your documents, OX Securities will contact you via email for further information.

Once your KYC is approved, you’ll see a green checkmark next to your KYC status in the account dashboard.


Step 8: Confirm KYC Approval
  1. After logging back in, you should see the green checkmark indicating that your KYC status is verified.
    • The status will read as "Verified", and you will no longer see prompts to submit KYC.
  2. Once your KYC is verified, you can start trading on OX Securities.
