How to Run a Strategy on a Chart in NinjaTrader

Follow these steps to load and run a strategy directly on a chart in NinjaTrader to get more detailed information about your strategy:

1. Launch NinjaTrader and navigate to the top menu.
2. Click on New and then select Chart from the dropdown menu.
3. In the instrument selection box:
   • Type the instrument you want to trade, such as NQ.
   • Select the appropriate contract, e.g., NQ Futures Contract.
4. For chart settings:
   • Set the Type to Second.
   • Set the Value to 40.
5. Click OK to open the chart.
